3.The verification condition

You may use a supplier's actual value only if it comes from a verification report by an accredited verifier that covers the period in which the precursor was produced. Otherwise, or if the data is incomplete, use the default value. Your own verifier will review the supplier's report.

KEY Until 2028 operators cannot share data with each other through the CBAM Registry; you exchange it directly. Build this into your supply contracts.
