In practice: checklist
- Match your CN codes against Annex I and list which go to the EU, directly or via customers.
- For each EU customer, find the authorised declarant and its EORI number.
- Start a monitoring plan in English for the 2026 reporting period.
- Contact accredited verifiers now; plan 2026 verification for early 2027.
- Register your company and installations in the O3CI portal.
- Keep records for at least six years after each reporting period.
- Agree in contracts who supplies data, by when, and who pays for certificates.
