7.Adapting the example to your plant

  • Secondary smelter: no PFCs or anodes; fuels, scrap pre-treatment and flue gas instead. Report scrap parameters. Benchmark (L).
  • Extruder or roller buying metal: no process 1. Enter your billets or slabs in A_InstData section 5 as bought precursors, with verified SEE or a default (A4).
  • Plant that only cuts or finishes: own emissions are zero, but mi > 1 raises the SEE. A short monitoring plan is still needed.
