In practice: checklist
- Map all five source types: anodes, furnaces, heat/cooling, PFCs, flue gas carbonates.
- Track net anode consumption (in minus stumps) and analyse carbon content.
- Choose PFC Method A or B; record AEM or AEO per cell.
- Plan field measurements for own PFC factors every three years.
- Write the monitoring plan in English, including the PFC method.
- Collect scrap per tonne, pre-consumer share and alloy content per product, per year.
- Strip electricity emissions from any 2024-2025 template.
