3.What the verifier checks

The verifier must reach "reasonable assurance" that your report has no material errors.

You provide: your monitoring plan (in English), installation flowcharts, changes since last time, your sampling plan, the emissions report, and precursor verification reports.

The verifier: analyses risks, plans the work, checks data for completeness, gaps and double counting, and checks that emissions are attributed correctly. It also checks your free allocation figure and benchmarks.
