6.Combining actual and default values

Own process actual, precursors default. Allowed. Precursor defaults come from Annex I, or Annex IV if the origin is unknown, and include the mark-up.

Using a supplier's actual precursor data. Only if it comes from an accredited verifier's report that covers the period the precursor was produced. Otherwise use the default. Until 2028 this data is exchanged outside the Registry.

Indirect emissions (only for goods where they count): normally your metered electricity × the country grid factor from Annex II. Actual electricity factors need extra evidence.
